The Story
I worked in corporate America for almost 20 years and achieved success, but after having my second child, I was living in total stress and anxiety. Having two small children and having a demanding job from 9 to 5 put me under much stress that resulted eventually in anxiety. I thought this feeling was normal.
I decided to make changes when:
- I was feeling anxious most of the time;
- My health started to decline;
- I felt I was running all of the time, everywhere;
- I have negative thoughts all of the time;
- I had bad dreams;
- I was living in fear most of the times.
I decided to understand why I was feeling like this
I knew I had to make changes within me, but I did not know what. So I enrolled in a study program directly with a great mentor, Bob Proctor, for one year.
I understood why I had the negative feelings that were a creation of my mind.
I learned how to control stress and anxiety and, most importantly, change my negative vibration (it is the same thing as feelings) into a positive one if I wanted to attract abundance into my life.
In January of 2020, I was finally living a well-balanced life and manifesting amazing things in my life!
So, I decided to tell my story and teach other women the practical tools I learned.
